De’Ashley Spain is a rising third year student at Old Dominion University, who transferred from community college to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. She is an active member in Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society and the NSF S-STEM Manufacturing of Advanced Materials program. De’Ashley is currently growing her skills as a future engineer working on-hand maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical components and subsystems.
