Abigail is a sophomore at the University of Michigan, studying Aerospace Engineering with a passion for space exploration. Fascinated by spacecraft design and sustainable space technologies, she aspires to contribute to innovations expanding humanity's space presence. Abigail is actively involved in the Black Students in Aerospace (BSA) student organization and Michigan Drone Technology (MDT) student team, where she hone her technical and leadership skills. Additionally, she is participating in the X88 class series to deepen her knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and gain expertise in designing complex systems. Through this fellowship, Abigail aims to advance her commitment to aerospace innovation, inspire future engineers, and make a meaningful impact on the future of space exploration.
