Papa Ebo Acquah Quainoo is a junior at the Georgia Institute of Technology, studying Aerospace Engineering. Since his infancy, he has been fascinated by the magic of flight and often cites throwing a phone up and having it crash and break in the airport as the initial push that sent him down this path. Papa has consistently sought out opportunities to expand his knowledge and skills in aerospace engineering. He has actively engaged in coursework related to aerodynamics, propulsion systems, and aircraft design, consistently achieving high grades and actively participating in class discussions. His active participation in student aerospace organizations in school as well as aerospace research initiatives demonstrates his strong commitment to excelling in the field. Fueled by his relentless drive and drawing inspiration from the achievements of pioneers in the industry like Patti Grace Smith, Papa is determined to contribute to the aerospace industry and continues his journey in industry at Airbus U.S. Space and Defense through the opportunity afforded to him the foundation. He hopes to demonstrate his exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation while learning about the day-to-day of working in industry. With his strong academic foundation and a genuine passion for aerospace, Papa is poised to become a rising star in the industry.
