Mariyah Ndiaye

Driven by her love of innovation and progress, Mariyah studies at the University of Texas at Austin as a second-year Mechanical Engineering student. Mariyah remains committed to diversity and building a world that serves all people indiscriminately. She is an aspiring entrepreneur with her ideate stage startup, Shade Cosmetics, which stands to use technology to provide accurate skin-colored products to before underserved women of color. Mariyah works at UT's engineering makerspace, Texas InventionWorks, facilitating operations in the space's laser engraving lab. Mariyah will be hosted at Redwire Space Techshot in Indiana this summer as a Mechanical Engineering Intern.
